Shipping Policy

All SYNTRA pieces are made to order in Veneto, Italy.

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the piece, destination and delivery requirements, and confirmed in the written quotation before an order is placed.

We ship within Italy and internationally. If your region is not currently covered, contact us at studio@syntra.design and we will explore the available delivery options.

Standard production lead time is 6–8 weeks. Delivery timing and any additional services, such as installation or white-glove delivery, will be confirmed with your order.

For international deliveries, customs duties, local taxes and import charges may apply unless explicitly included in the quotation.
